Drawn with intricate detail, my Mad Men layout poster makes a great gift for any TV watcher seeking a Mad Men TV show gift!
Welcome to the brand new offices of the recently formed Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce ad agency. My fictional Mad Men office floor plan features the 37th floor. Much smaller than their previous offices, this floor plan features everything that makes Sterling Cooper what it is -- a boozed up workplace of second-hand smoke clouds. Almost every desk features -- you guessed it -- a lit cigarette. But rest assured these are definitely not Lucky Strike. Thanks to Roger Sterling.
Entering through reception you'll see Bert Cooper's shoes in front of the sofa. Strolling past Megan Calvet, we enter the main hall. Here you'll find offices for: Harry Crane, Lane Pryce, Peggy Olsen, Joan Harris and Don Draper. Don's secretary (all of whom last about as long as a kleenex) is located just outside his door. His office has Beatles tickets on the credenza, a Clio award, a drawer with fresh shirts and liquor.
The seating area just outside the conference room has Bert's crossword puzzles still on the table. Roger's office is noticeably professionally decorated. There's an Eames executive chair, a Tulip pedestal table by Saarinen and a Nesso Mushroom lamp. The unfortunate focal point is a very large "op" artwork on his wall which serves to make his already boozed up co-workers even dizzier.
Go around the corner and you'll find Pete Campbell's office. Not very high on the totem pole, Pete's office features a cement column. Down the hall leads you to offices for Ken Cosgrove and Freddy Rumsen. Continuing further down the hall we find the sound room, accounting and billing, research department (I can't see Faye Miller continuing to work with Don), media department and the production department.
There is also a kitchen, a break area, a casting room and men's and women's restrooms.
This completes your tour of the new offices of SCDP. Thanks for stopping by. Y'all come back now. My Mad Men office floor plan is sure to delight anyone who loves the show and makes a unique Mad Men TV show gift!
