513 Grant Avenue is the first home that the Cleaver family resided in. This is my Leave it Beaver house layout of their second floor. It features three bedrooms and three full baths. The master bedroom includes a sitting room. Inside the boys' bathroom you'll find out where they housed their pet alligator.
