Celebrate America's favorite neighbors, Fred and Ethel, with my fictional floor plan for Ethel and Fred's apartment! It makes a wonderful gift! Fred and Ethel's apartment features two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and 1.5 baths. Fred has his official land-lording stuff on his desk along with a deck of playing cards. Boxing is playing on their early black and white television. On the coffee table are Ethel's favorite cherry cordials. You'll even find a few feathers are still stuck to the wall!
