This is the first story floorplan for Lucy and Ricky Ricardo's Westport, Connecticut country estate home. This lovely home is situated on two acres and it's much more spacious than either of their cramped New York City apartments. This floor features a living area with eat-in dining area. A massive stone fireplace serves as a focal point for the space. Next to it you'll find a closet -- large enough for hiding four people in. The kitchen is spacious and has a laundry room attached to it. The stone accent wall serves as a nice rustic touch. The spiral staircase leads to the guest bedroom which can be seen on the second story floorplan. There's also a den with a fireplace and a door that leads into the front yard. Outside you'll find a patio featuring a brick BBQ. It was built by Fred and Ricky, then "unbuilt" by Lucy and Ethel. A classic American home for America's much beloved Sitcomville family.
Pair this with the second floor of their Westport country home for the complete set! And don't forget about their first and second New York city apartments! Add Fred and Ethel Mertz for the complete set!
